Refund policy

  • For refund please read the following information.
    • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Items may only be returned if the item is in it original state. Any item that has been washed, damaged, worn, opened, cut or has it's labels removed, will not be accepted as a return.
    • Face masks can not be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, we cannot take any exceptions.
    • Customisable products cannot be returned. These items include customised headwraps/turbans, bonnets and n
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please pack your return package securely and save the shipping receipt. We can not be held responsible for missing return shipments. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Please note that if you are returning orders from outside the EU, all custom duties need to be paid by the customer before we can accept your return package.
    • Please contact us to request a return or exchange. After we have confirmed your return request, we will send shipping return instructions to your email. Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving shipping return instructions.
    • After we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund these items within 3 working days. Please note, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
    • Please note that if you return items without contacting us or after 14 days of receiving return instructions, we will not be able to process your return, and will be unable to do a refund.
    • Joyous Luxurious is not responsible for damaged or defective items caused by the shipping carrier during shipping and cannot be refunded. All items undergo a quality control inspection before leaving the warehouse.
    • Any damaged or defective items that do not appear to be caused during shipping and instead, left the warehouse damaged or defective must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Please report damages and defects via email to customerservice@joyousluxurious.com along with pictures.
    • If the d or defect is not reported within this time frame, Joyous Luxurious will not issue a refund. If it is reported in the specified timeframe and the damages appear to be caused before shipping, we will gladly issue you a refund.

Once the return email is received, you will receive a return by email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 5 working days for your refund to be available in your bank account due to processing time before a refund is received. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@joyousluxurious.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only r items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at customerservice@joyousluxurious.com

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Q: I accidentally placed a double order; can I refund my order?

A: Yes, if you placed two orders accidentally please notify us via email at joyousluxurious.com for a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the order has not shipped
